According to Telecompaper, Bosnian cable TV operator Blicnet added two new TV offers. One is Happy TV and the other is RTRS Plus. It is said that Happy TV is a commercial channel from Serbia and RTRS Plus is the second channel of RTRS.
 
Blicnet is a licensed telecommunication operator of mobile and fixed telephony, internet service provider (ISPs), network operator, and cable TV service and system integrator.
